Can you add our company logo to prints?+
Yes on Premier — the full brand kit means your logo and brand colours go on the prints, the backdrop, and the booth app (on-screen experience). Signature includes a personalised print layout for the event; Essential is digital-only (gallery, no prints). Share your logo and brand guidelines when you enquire.
Do you provide invoices for procurement?+
Absolutely. We can quote and invoice in your company's name with the details your finance team needs. The deposit is payable by card when signing; balance invoices can be settled by bank transfer. For PO-driven bookings, a BACS deposit can be agreed in writing.
What lead time do you need?+
Share your event date as early as possible — popular corporate dates book up quickly. For branded assets we typically need artwork at least two weeks before the event.
Can the booth run during a conference break?+
That's our sweet spot. A 3–4 hour hire aligned to lunch or an evening reception works well. We'll agree exact timings when we confirm your quote.
